<br \/>Registration start &#8211; November 30, 2023<\/strong><\/p><p>Please note that there is a limited number of places available, therefore, your registration will be confirmed on first come &#8211; first serve principle.\u00a0<\/p><p>If you register for a double room, you can specify your preferred room partner. Please send an email with the room partner to <a href=\"mailto:mirjam.weigand@3dmm2o.de\">mirjam.weigand@3dmm2o.de<\/a>. Nevertheless, the room partner still has to register in the regular way via the registration portal.<\/p><p><strong>Registration includes:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Accommodation<\/li><li>Breakfast, lunch, dinner and beverages for all conference days<\/li><li>Coffee and snacks during the meetings<\/li><li>Conference Dinner<\/li><li>Social program on one conference day<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Payment <\/strong><\/p><p>Payment is required when you register online. Types of payments accepted are bank transfers (only until the payment deadline) and credit cards (VISA\/Mastercard).<\/p><p>All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender.<\/p><p><strong>Cancellation and registration fee refund policy<\/strong><\/p><p>Cancellations by the participant may be made without stating reasons in accordance with the following conditions:<\/p><p>If a notification e-mail reaches the Cluster Office:<\/p><ul><li>Before January 12, 2024: 100% refund less 50 \u20ac handling fee<\/li><li>Before January 26, 2024: 50% refund less 50 \u20ac handling fee<\/li><li>Before March 8, 2024: 20% refund less 50\u20ac handling fee \u00a0<\/li><li>After March 8, 2024: No refund on cancellations<\/li><\/ul><p>Cancellation should be made in sending <a href=\"mailto:mirjam.weigand@3dmm20.de\">a notification e-mail<\/a> to Mirjam Weigand.<\/p><p>In case of cancellation by the organizer for organizational or other reasons, the conference fee will be fully refunded.
